Leeor Porges, D.O.
Leeor Porges, DO is a Board Certified dermatologist specializing in general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, skin cancer prevention and treatment and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Porges earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami. He received his Doctor of Ostopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. He completed both his internship and residency at Broward Health Medical Center and was a research fellow with Dr. Harold Rabinovitz.
Dr. Porges has co-authored articles in the field of Dermatology that have been published in numerous medical journals, and is a CME course presenter in Dermatology for Nova Southeastern University.
Sandy Goldman, D.O., FAOCD, ABVLM
Dr. Goldman is double board certified in both Dermatology and Phlebology, and currently practicing in Weston and Margate, FL. He also practices at the Skin and Vein Center in Michigan performing Varicose vein procedures and Liposculpture. Dr. Goldman specializes in general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic/aesthetic services, surgical and non-surgical facial contouring, Lipostructure, and varicose veins. He has performed over 10,000 varicose vein procedures.
Dr. Goldman is a certified Y Lift provider, with specialized training in Facial Contouring. Dr. Goldman completed his undergraduate studies at University of Florida, and received his Doctorate degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach, FL. He performed his Internship at Metropolitan General Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, and completed his Residency in Dermatology in Michigan.

Reid Green, M.D.
Dr. Reid Green, a board-certified dermatologist, is a native Floridian, from Venice Florida. He studied biology at the University of Florida and graduated summa cum laude. He was in the second “pioneering” class at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, was the first person to match into dermatology from this medical school, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Green’s internal medicine internship was completed at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then moved to Austin, Texas and completed his dermatology residency at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Although he thoroughly enjoys seeing patients of all ages, Dr. Green has a special passion for dermatologic conditions afflicting the geriatric population and was the co-founder of the Geriatric Interest Group in medical school. He hopes to expound upon this passion throughout his career by continuing to stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment options for patients of all ages.
Angela Combs, D.O.
Angela Combs, DO, FAOCD, is a board certified dermatologist who offers a full range of medical, surgical and dermatology services. Dr. Combs earned her B.A. and medical degrees at Nova Southeastern University and completed her internship at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah. She went on to complete her residency in dermatology and cutaneous surgery at Broward General Medical Center, where she served as chief resident in dermatology and received the Dermatology Resident of the Year award. After completing her residency, Dr. Combs served as an assistant professor in dermatology at Nova, where she trained medical students, interns and residents. She also served as interim program director of dermatology at Broward General Medical Center.

Rodolfo E. Chirinos, M.D., M.S., FAAD
Dr. Rodolfo Chirinos is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Chirinos graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and immunology. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico, where he graduated magna cum laude amongst the top five percent of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Chirinos subsequently completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed his dermatology residency in our nation’s capital at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center where he was honored to serve as chief resident during his final year of residency. Dr. Chirinos completed a National Institutes of Health-sponsored fellowship in cutaneous oncology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Department of Dermatology, and a fellowship in melanoma research at the Melanoma Center/Washington Cancer Institute in Washington, D.C. The melanoma team was the recipient of the President’s Patients First Award, given for outstanding delivery and coordination of care.
Dr. Chirinos is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through the treatment of skin conditions. He is committed to building lasting relationships with his patients and treating all members of the family.
Mason Henehan, M.D.
Mason Henehan, MD is a dermatology physician and true Florida native originally from Jacksonville. He did his schooling at the University of Florida then pursued residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. During this time, he has served in numerous roles including coordinator of the complex medical dermatology clinic, teaching medical students at Nova Southeastern University, and advocating for patients as a board member of the Florida Academy of Dermatology. He is passionate about coaching patients through their skin treatment plans to improve their quality of life. In his spare time, his hobbies include football, swimming, and trying exotic coffee. He also volunteers his time to serve those in need through his church and local charities.
Hailey Grubbs, D.O.
Dr. Grubbs is a Florida native who first moved to South Florida while completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami. She then spent four years in Tennessee for medical school prior to returning to Florida for her dermatology training at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Grubbs’ interest in dermatology began at a young age while learning to deal with her own skin issues and she enjoys helping others feel comfortable in their skin. Having grown up in sunny Florida working as a lifeguard and swim coach, she is also passionate about sun safety and skin cancer awareness. Dr. Grubbs emphasizes quality, personalized medicine in her clinical practice and enjoys mentoring those early in their medical careers and teaching dermatology. She has been invited to speak at numerous national conferences and has contributed many articles to the dermatology literature. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Grubbs enjoying the outdoors boating or kayaking, practicing yoga or cooking with friends and family. Dr. Grubbs is well trained in all aspects of dermatology including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and she would be honored to care for you and your family!
Alecia Folkes, M.S., D.O., FAAD, FAOCD

Dr. Folkes earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from University of Central Florida. She attended Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a Masters in Biomedical Sciences and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Folkes completed a traditional rotating internship at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in NY. This was followed by two years of research, one of which was completed at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center in CA where she participated in clinical trials and treatment of patients with cutaneous lymphoma. Following her years of research, Dr. Folkes completed dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, where she served as a chief resident in her last year of dermatology residency.
Dr. Folkes performs medical and surgical dermatology. Aside from working she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering with animals.

Marina Omarov is a Dermatology Trained Physician Assistant in our Coconut Creek office.
Ms. Omarov obtained a medical degree in Eastern Europe. After moving to America, she obtained her Physician Assistant Degree and Certification at Miami-Dade College, graduating with honors, in 2013 and she is NCCPA Certified.
She has ten years of experience in Adult and Pediatric Dermatology, Surgery and Cosmetic procedures including but limited Botox, Dysport, multiple fillers and Laser Procedures.
