Reid Green, M.D.
Dr. Reid Green, a board-certified dermatologist, is a native Floridian, from Venice Florida. He studied biology at the University of Florida and graduated summa cum laude. He was in the second “pioneering” class at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, was the first person to match into dermatology from this medical school, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Green’s internal medicine internship was completed at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then moved to Austin, Texas and completed his dermatology residency at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Although he thoroughly enjoys seeing patients of all ages, Dr. Green has a special passion for dermatologic conditions afflicting the geriatric population and was the co-founder of the Geriatric Interest Group in medical school. He hopes to expound upon this passion throughout his career by continuing to stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment options for patients of all ages.
Ali Rajabi, MD
Dermatologist & Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgeon
Dr. Rajabi completed his dermatology training at Department of Dermatology at Broward Health Medical Center, where he excelled as a top-performing resident and was honored as Resident of the Year in Dermatologic Surgery. He also completed his residency preliminary year at Department of Surgery, University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Rajabi also served as a Clinical Dermatology Research Fellow at Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. His research spans various fields, including skin cancers (melanoma and non-melanoma), nail tumors, hair disorders, laser applications, scars, and advanced skin imaging technologies such as Optical Coherence Tomography.
Dr. Rajabi is the lead author and co-author of more than 100 peer-reviewed articles and chapters in textbooks in field of dermatology. He also contributes to the field as a peer reviewer for esteemed journals, including the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Lasers in Medical Science, and Dermatologic Therapy, etc.
Dr. Rajabi remains dedicated to advancing dermatology through research, innovation, and exceptional patient care with a special interest in hair loss, cosmetic and laser surgery, as well as dermatologic surgery.
Alecia Folkes, M.S., D.O., FAOCD, FAAD
Dr. Folkes, a board certified Dermatologist, earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from University of Central Florida. She attended Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a Masters in Biomedical Sciences and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Folkes completed a traditional rotating internship at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in NY. This was followed by two years of research, one of which was completed at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center in CA where she participated in clinical trials and treatment of patients with cutaneous lymphoma. Following her years of research, Dr. Folkes completed dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, where she served as a chief resident in her last year of dermatology residency. Dr. Folkes performs medical and surgical dermatology. Aside from working she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering with animals.
Pamela Rousseau, M.D.
Pamela A. Rousseau, MD is a Board Certified dermatologist practicing in Sunrise, Florida for more than 30 years. She specializes in conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails, with extensive experience in skin cancer and excision. She believes in educating patients on the prevention and recognition of skin cancer.
Dr. Rousseau completed her post graduate Dermatology program at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, FL in 1981. She also successfully passed the American Board of Dermatology certification exam that same year. She has been a member of the medical staff at Westside Regional Hospital and University Hospital from 1981 to the present.
Dr. Rousseau is dedicated to her patients and appreciates the confidence they have in her to take care of their dermatology needs. For over 25 years she has been an active volunteer in Health Screenings to promote good skin care and generate skin cancer awareness and prevention methods in the local South Florida community. Dr. Rousseau has also served on the Board of The American Cancer Society.
Yuval Bibi, M.D.
Dr. Yuval Bibi is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Bibi is a native of Jerusalem, Israel, where he earned his medical degree, as well as PhD in developmental neuroscience and zinc biology at Ben Gurion University. He worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, studying cervical cancer biology and the human papillomavirus.
He completed his residency training at the combined Boston University-Tufts University Dermatology program. Dr. Bibi’s clinical practice interests include general dermatology, and surgical dermatology, as well as a special focus on genital dermatology and mucosal disease. Dr. Bibi sees both adults and children.

Jennifer Neely, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over six years of practice experience in dermatology, cosmetics and laser aesthetics.
Jennifer has spent the last several years perfecting her skills in a variety of dermatologic procedures and cosmetic techniques. After spending the last few years working at a luxury Med Spa, she has earned the trust and skills to establish long-standing relationships with her patients.
Jennifer is a Florida native who grew up in Jensen Beach. Jennifer attended the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and graduated with Honors. After gaining clinical experience as a medical assistant in dermatology, Jennifer furthered her career and attended Nova Southeastern University where she earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. During P.A. school, Jennifer served as the Philanthropy chair for Student Government Association and is actively involved in community outreach. Jennifer is an active member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Jennifer is in the process of completing a Dermatology Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
